Agents must adhere to the following standard procedures:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Reporting date being the last day of the reporting period and the date, which the sales transmittal for the period must be prepared.

Submission date being the day when the sales transmittal must be received by the BSP processing centre. This is  generally 3 days after the reporting date.

Billing date being the date the processing centre bills agents, according to the date sub mitted by them on thir sales transmittal.
